Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging. Must include the original invoice or proof of purchase. Perishable or opened food items (pickles, dates, etc.) are not eligible for return. ✅ Return Accepted If: Product arrives damaged or has a bad/foul smell. Wrong item received. Quality issue reported within 5 days of delivery. Return request is submitted through our Return Form. 🚫 Returns Not Accepted If: Item has been used, opened, or unsealed. Product was stored improperly, causing spoilage. Issue is reported after 5 days of delivery.
