  • Taste and texture may naturally vary due to fresh ingredients and handmade preparation.
  • Availability of products may change without notice.

Orders & Confirmation

  • All orders are subject to confirmation.
  • We may contact customers for order verification before dispatch.
  • Al Madina Pickles & Dates reserves the right to cancel any suspicious or incomplete order.

Pricing & Payments

  • All prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).
  • Prices may change anytime without prior notice.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) is available across Pakistan.

Shipping & Delivery

  • Orders are usually dispatched within 24 hours after confirmation.
  • Estimated delivery time is 3–5 working days.
  • Free shipping is available on orders above Rs. 2999.
  • Delivery delays caused by courier services, weather conditions, or public holidays are beyond our control.

Returns & Exchanges

  • Returns and exchanges are accepted according to our Return & Exchange Policy.
  • Opened or used food products are not eligible for return due to hygiene and food safety reasons.
  • Exchange delivery charges must be paid by the customer.

Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for:

  • Providing correct shipping details and contact information.
  • Checking product details before placing an order.
  • Proper storage of food products after delivery.

We are not responsible for damage caused by improper storage after delivery.
