At Al Madina Pickles & Dates, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you face any issue with your order, you may request a return or exchange according to the policy below.

Exchange Policy

Exchange is available if the customer wants to exchange the product. However, the customer will be responsible for paying the delivery charges for the exchange order.

✅ Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns are accepted within 7 days of the delivery date.
  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.
  • Original invoice or proof of purchase is required.
  • Perishable or opened food items (Pickles, Dates, Murabbas, etc.) are not eligible for return.

✅ Return Accepted If

  • Product arrives damaged.
  • Product has bad or foul smell.
  • Wrong item received.
  • Quality issue reported within 5 days of delivery.
  • Return request submitted through the Return Form.

🚫 Returns Not Accepted If

  • Item has been used, opened, or unsealed.
  • Product was stored improperly causing spoilage.
  • Issue is reported after 5 days of delivery.
